2019: Rangeley Lakes Trail Center and Rangeley Heritage Trust
2017 and 2018: Rangeley Lakes Trail Center: Bike infrastructure project
2016: Farmington Area Trailbuilders: Titcomb Trail Project
2015:Big Brothers Big Sisters of Community Concepts.
2014:Big Brothers Big Sisters of Community Concepts.
The Northwoods Gravel Grind started as a fundraiser to help an organization that was close to our hearts and needed a "boost". The race is evolving and we are branching out. In our 4th year we are excited to shift things up a little as we go forward. The NWGG will now choose a Franklin County non-profit, group, or project that is in need of some funds to help it with it's goals. Our focus will be outdoor recreation and projects that enable people of all ages to get outside in healthy ways. We wish to reduce barriers for people and make it easier for people to experience the treasure that is Franklin County.
In 2019 the NWGG will benefit 2 great local organizations. All race proceeds will go to The Rangeley Lakes Trail Center, and the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust to help them with their ongoing efforts to support bike infrastructure projects.
